Week 3 - 5K Training

Here is the schedule for week 3 in the 5K training program I'm doing. If you have questions on any of the schedule, feel free to send me a message!


Day 1
5 minute warm-up walk
1.5 minute run then 1.5 minute walk (1 time)
2.5 minute run then 2.5 minute walk (2 times)
1.5 minute run then 1.5 minute walk (1 time)
5 minute cool-down walk

Day 2
Same as Day 1

Day 3
5 minute warm-up walk
2 minute run then 2 minute walk (1 time)
3 minute run then 3 minute walk (2 times)
2 minute run then 2 minute walk (1 time)
5 minute cool-down run
