Day 3 Progression Pull-Up Plan

Who is ready for day 3?

The plan has us doing: 3 sets of 5 banded pull-ups

But, because of the advice I've been given by one of my trainers and two other clients, I'll be doing: 3 sets of 5 jumping pull-ups using a box

Choose what you feel will be best for you to meet your goal!
